I'm a steak lover and it would be an oversight not to include that this was hands-down the best steak I've prepared and easily one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. This would be a deal considering the Blue Apron Family pricing. I've since tried to replicate this dish with store-bought sirloins and other cuts with little success. Shout out to Blue Apron for the consistent quality of meats they provide for these dishes and recipes. One thing I noticed about this dish and the next (Masala-Spiced Chicken) was that the cuts were thick and needed quite a bit more time on the heat than the Blue Apron recipe card called for. Even then, notice how rare the steak still turned out. Not that I'm complaining...
